1. Domestic Shipping (UK)

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Your order total

The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details where applicable.

Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are for guidance only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or peak delivery periods.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

5. Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier.

Joy Elements is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid unnecessary delays.

6. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and provide clear photo evidence.
