Return and Refunds

1. Overview
At Joy Elements, we take great care in preparing and packing our aromatherapy products. Due to the nature of aroma sprays and personal-use items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Aromatherapy sprays
- Any item that has been opened, used, or unsealed
- Items purchased during promotions or special offers (unless faulty)
This applies even if the scent preference is not as expected, as aroma perception is highly personal.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival
We will happily offer a replacement or refund if your item:
- Arrives broken, leaking, or damaged
- Is proven to be faulty at the time of delivery
What to do:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- The shipping label (if visible)

4. Items Damaged After Delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused after delivery, including:
- Accidental breakage
- Improper storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage occurring after the product has been opened or used
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are not covered for non-faulty items
